A. Yes, we will duplicate your existing model
exactly as it is made today.
Q. Can you help us design a bag?
A. Yes, we can reproduce your existing bag for you
or design entirely new models for you.
Q. What type of bags do you make?
A. We manufacture Travel bags, Carry bags, Back
Packs, Sports Bags, Equipment bags, Pet bags and just about any
custom bag that you can think of.

Order Process Questions
Q. What is your minimum order requirement?
A. We like to keep our minimum order at 500 units
per order.
Q. What type of payment do you require?
A. We ask for 30% down on order placement and 70%
upon delivery.
Q. Can I fax in orders?
A. Yes, we accept faxed orders, mailed orders, call
in orders or E-mail orders. You will always receive a call to
confirm the order.
Shipping Questions
Q. Do I pay for the shipping costs?
A. No! You pay for only the manufacturing cost of
your bags. We pay the overseas shipping, the duty costs and the
overland trucking costs to your front door. That is what makes us
number one!
Q. What is your delivery time?
A. It can vary depending on sea conditions, but
normally it is about an 8 weeks delivery time.
